I want to tell you how grateful I am for good parents. I myself have great parents. They are some of my best teachers and I am grateful for them. This post is not just about them. I am talking about people in general who step up to be good parents.

Thank you parents who take time to listen to their kids.  Parents who sing to their children at night and read them stories. Thanks for bathing your children and taking care of them when they are sick. I appreciate you putting them in school and teaching them by example.  Thanks for holding your child’s hand while crossing the street and helping them celebrate birthdays. Thanks for working hard to make sure they are fed and have enough sleep.

Thanks for being patient Parents. You make the world a better place, one kid at a time.
